I am a recent graduate from the University of Nevada, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a minor in Data Analytics. In addition to my educational background, I also spent the past two summers working with the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center team, 2023 as a Summer Intern and 2024 as a Seasonal Team member.

The summer of 2024 saw my responsibilities increase as I was tasked with supporting our Court Reserve application from an administrative/configuration and data analytics perspective. I successfully delivered, to my management team, an analytic suite consisting of Court Reserve back-end data and Excel based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The KPIs created provided Tennis Center Management insights, which allowed them to better manage Tennis Center resources necessary to create and maintain a positive member experience. The KPIs included, but were not limited to: court availability, staff balancing, program offerings, time slotting and program revenue analysis.

While, the majority of my time with the Tennis Center was focused on application configuration and backend data analysis, I’m also interested in exploring other opportunities within the Information Technology domain; where I can utilize my education and experience working as a team, to learn, grow and advance as an Information Systems Technologist. Areas I see as a good fit for my education and experience are, but not limited to: Security Administration, Database Programming and design, Web Development and Design, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance.
