Even though I am young, I have many years of work experience, especially in customer service.

I work well with people and under pressure.

Also, l believe l have lots to offer to the position.

In my present and previous assignments, I have been praised for my customer service skills and my quick reflexes during stressful situations, as well as my conflicts management skills.

I would also add that l am very used to multitasking and quite good at it.

Flight attendant (January 16th 2017 to Present)

Flight attendant for Jazz Aviation LP. Initial training from January 16th to February 18th 2017 in YYC. Emergency procedures training (drills), Aircraft specific training (for D8-100, D8-300, D8-400,Crj 200, Crj 705, Crj 900), Customer Service. First aid training.

Librarian (September 22th 2012 to October 2015 - April 6th 2016 to January 14th 2016)

Library Renaud-Bray, Carrefour du Nord, St-Jérôme and then at 5252 Côte-des-neiges, Montréal and then back to St-Jérôme.

Librarian; Found books for customers and made them discover new writers.

Librarian in the kids section: kids are a different crowd. Required to know lots about board games.
