Ensure that crew are operating in compliance with the government agencies and in accordance with customer's safety requirements
Working cooperatively with management to develop operational plans and ensuring that drilling operators and other personnel follow safety.
Assisting the drilling management in the development and delivery of best in class Drilling HSE Management processes.
Ensure the timely identification of HSE hazards evaluation of risk for all activities and development of effective tools to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP.

Attend HSE and technical training as deemed necessary by the company.
Providing input to leading and lagging drilling HSE performance measures.
Providing drilling safety input to HSE Management Reviews.
Conduct training sessions and review contractor drills to maintain and increase staff and contractor competency.
Provide Weekly camp and catering inspection.
Familiar with all the required drill Fire,H2s,First Aid,BOP, Mustering exercise drill etc,,,

Verify third party certification for loose lifting gear, pressure vessels, electrical equipment etc., is correctly color coded and being used properly.
Verify all equipment, lifting accessories are tagged and a safe condition.
Identify site hazards, non-conformance, and corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision (and record).
Closely monitor high risk activities; confined space entry gas testing and air monitoring, lifting activities, work at Heights, movement of abnormal loads etc. HSE Coordinator :
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines in a workplace.
Advising on safety measures, conducting risk assessment, and enforcing preventative measures.
