• Spearheaded a project for the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) team to classify sustainability programs in scope1, scope 2 and scope 3 categories by using XGBoost model. Adopting the results from the prediction model helped to automate a previously manual task, enhancing team productivity and accuracy.

• Developed a Gen AI product for quality assurance team by using python and AWS bedrock services to automate and summarize the deviation, change control and complaints data for Annual Product Quality Review. Platform resulting in 50% of reduction in manual efforts and 10 to 15% of cost saving.

• Improved search capability for Deviation AI assistant MVP by using Sentence Transformers (SBERT) for embedding’s and OpenSearch services from AWS for indexing. Evaluated lexical, vector and hybrid search and sorted the similar deviations based on cosine similarity scores.
