o As a quality engineer, I have been responsible for creating and maintaining quality metrics, analysing data to identify trends and area for improvement and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

o Mentored in the inspection and clearance of ADOUR 804 & 811 aero engines o Visual inspection of the part number, life calculation, identification of wear, distortion and damage.

o Mentored defect investigation and strip inspection activities for repair engine. o Mentored dimensional checks on part as per the overhaul manual. o Testing the parts for crack and distortion by using NDT method. o Issuing part disposition order (PDO) in IFS for further rework after inspection. o I have also worked closely with production team to ensure quality standards through out the manufacturing process and collaborate with customer resolve any quality issues.

o Knowledge in Turboshaft Engine (TM 333 2B2 & SHAKTHI ENGINE). o Involved in 300hrs, 600hrs, 1200hrs servicing of helicopters such as Engine Module testing, Looming system and functional checks and Daily Inspections. o Enterprise resource planning (ERP) -Industrial Finance System (IFS). o Coordination and monitoring of Gun MOD, structural and airframe MOD compliances activities.
