Rai Star Custom Homes Ltd. located at 7759 115 Street, Delta, BC V4C 5N2 is looking for Framer- Carpenter with minimum high – school education. Applicants should have either a minimum of six months of related experience or Certificate/ Diploma/ training in relevant field. Pay per hour will be $30.00. This is a full-time position with 32- 40 hours of work per week. You will be required to work at various construction sites across Metro- Vancouver. Following are the duties and responsibilities of this position: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine requirements. Measure, cut, assemble the material made of wood and other materials. Instruct assistants and general construction helpers. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub flooring, and erect walls.
