UPS Enterprise Account Manager: 07/1/2003 through 02/28/2021 (Retired)

● Maintained and expanded strategic relationships with customers in all markets, including healthcare, manufacturing, retail etc.

● Monitored customer account activity to identify fluctuations and trends in customers’ shipping patterns.

● Collaborated with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Transportation, Billing, Information Technology, etc.) to support customers’ needs and expectations.
