Always make sure that nothing is missing from the cold table, the bread trays and the warmers

Collect costumers’ plates and clean the tables

Wash the dishes as you go using the dishwasher

Make the necessary orders for what we lack

When receiving the order, place it directly in the place indicated and note the expiration date on each of the products

Help with inventory when we need to do stock and restock

Ensure proper rotation
