French M. Robertson Maximum Security Prison, Abilene, TX: 2,250-bed maximum security prison located upon 70 acres for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice consisted of 23 structures predominantly of precast concrete panel construction and equipped with the most updated security systems available; infrastructure systems and outdoor activities were included, ($70M). Project was the Detroit Regional Correctional Facility consisting of 17 buildings and site development for DRCF building which were reinforced concrete and steel frame structures for medium security, maximum security, administration, medical, and food services.
