-Shipping Room- bag all parts that come in from the oven, clean each part with a piece of tape to take off all excess debris, keep count of everything in the safe, watch dates and make sure EVERYTHING ships on time. Once an order is complete go to the computer to invoice order and create a shipping label via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Once all paperwork is done and parts are bagged per the
standards of the customer create an additional label
-to put on parts. Get 2 signatures (me & production manager) to sign off and date on part label and purchase order. Once you get both signatures, take a picture of the parts with invoice and purchase order. Place parts and correct documentation into a larger bag, wrap in bubble wrap and place inside of a shipping box. Fold packing slip and place it on the outside of the box with a Made in USA sticker and shipping label. Tape box all around and put in the front with the receptionist and wait for UPS, FedEx, or DHL to come pick up.
-Email- email all customers back as quickly as possible and solve whatever it is they are asking.
-Entering Purchase Orders- Receive quote and purchase order from sales, look for customers contact, quote number, and invoice address. Enter the Purchase Order into File Maker the exact same way as the customer's purchase order. Give the completed Purchase order to the production manager and he confirms with the customer.

-Put artwork on glass – get a job ticket, look up the ticket in File Maker, look up part number in computer documents, print out 2 different layers one on mylar and one on silicone sheets. Tape the glass, stick the first layer of mylar on top of the tape, add an additional layer of tape, then stick the silicon layer over stop making sure it lines up PERFECT. Repeat all steps until order is fulfilled. Orders can be anywhere from 2-piece qty and a 5000-piece qty.
-Set Ups: grab orders on glass, scan them into iPad. Put them in a box and swipe 5 glasses at a time with silicone, using a swiping machine. Press “start” on iPad to time how long it takes to build each glass. Grab the correct components to lay on top of the silicone you just put on glass. Grab correct color & size corner contacts (small square piece of dry silicone), place those on glass as well. After completing the 5 glasses, put them in an oven to bake for 25 minutes. Start next 5 glasses
-Clean Glass: After the glass has completely gone through production, they will have sticky residue from tape & silicone that you scrape off with razor blades put with protective gloves. Stack glass in stacks of 20- pieces. Give to setups and Rubber Room.

-Wash Salesman: Figure out what the customer is looking for to clean their vehicle and sell them the most suitable wash, after selecting the wash mention the membership.
-Clean: Clean parking lot, sweep, blow, and spray it down. Clean out vacuum filters, wipe down vacuum and mat holders. Office cleaning, sweep, mop, wipe down counters and menus for customers. Clean Bathroom, sweep, mop, clean mirror and sink, wipe down commonly touched areas.

I have 3 dogs that I absolutely adore, Bentley, Penny, and Lola. My typical Wednesday to Saturday consists of working then going home to wifey duties, cooking, and cleaning. If it's Summer time I take my 2 female dogs out for a walk. My favorite part of the day is the simplicity of going for a walk with a beautiful sunset. I love to cook, specifically Mexican food because I was raised in a Mexican household. My mom taught me every recipe I know. On the weekend I am a shopaholic! One of my biggest hobbies is decorating my house. I love shopping for new home décor and rearranging my whole house! I am a huge clean freak, so I deep clean my entire house then re-arrange all my décor and put up any new décor I have! I love hanging out with my niece and nephews, the fun of being a kid with them is unmatched! In high school I was in AVID all 4 years and prepared me for a lot of adversities I’d face in life, my organizational skills are one of my best qualities. I keep everything as organized as possible, so I always know where everything is. I use an agenda/ planner so if I have important things coming up, I never miss them.
