PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

I have more than 28 years of experience in the maintenance and erection of

Cement Plant related equipment such as THYSSENKRUPP HAMMER CRUSHER,

LOESCHE VRMS, STACKER & RECLAIMERS, MULTI VERTICAL ROLLER MILL (PFIFFER

GERMANY) FOR CEMENT GRINDING, BALL MILLS, and KILN & COOLER and ROLLER

PRESS AND HAVER & BOECKER PACKER & AUTO LOADERS,ALL CEMENT TRANSPORTING

EQUIPMENT. I possess vast experience and trouble-shooting skills on VRMs and all type of

mills and cement plant related equipment.

Any Troubleshooting skills on VRMs and all type of mills and cement plant related

equipment.

3000TPD THYSSENKRUPP CEMENT PROJECT, AS SENIOR MANAGER

MECHANICAL.

December 2014 to April 2024

I have been with DANGOTE INDUSTRIES LTD. Tanzania (AFRICA), a 6000TPD

SINOMA plant, since Dec. 2014, to April 2024 as MANAGER MECHANICAL

I was responsible for the successful erection and commissioning of the complete Cement

grinding section which included two 155 TPH LOESCHE Vertical roller mills with M & S

rollers, HOTTA Bucket elevators, SCHENK Apron weighers, Belt conveyors, Process fans,

Bag houses and other Nuisance dust plant filters, a 400 TPH Gypsum roll crusher, and

1200 TPH ThyssenKrupp Hammer crusher & Deep Pan conveyors for clinker transport and

Clinker bulk loading systems, HAVER Packers and BOECKER auto truck loaders erection &

commissioning & operations.

And, I have been with DANGOTE INDUSTRIES LTD. working 9 years +, different sections

, from Dec, 2014 to 2016 January, Two cement Grinding mills each 155 TPH, LOESCHE

Vertical roller mills & axillaries equipment erection & commission success fully,

2016 Feb to 2018 Jan HAVER packers 120 TPH & BOECKER auto loaders & axillaries

equipment erection & commission success fully,

2018 Feb to 2019 March. 1 Raw Mill lime stone Grinding, 450 TPH TPH LOESCHE Vertical

roller mill & axillaries equipment commission & operation and Maintenance success fully,

2019 April, to March 2022, Two cement Grinding mills 155 TPH LOESCHE Vertical roller

mills & HAVER 6 packers 120TPH & 9 BOECKER auto loaders axillaries equipment’s

operation and Maintenance success fully.

2022 April to April 2024 Raw Mill lime stone Grinding, 450 TPH TPH LOESCHE Vertical

roller mill & 1200 TPH, ThyssenKrupp Hammer crusher axillaries equipment’s &

Mechanical work shop Jobs, operation and Maintenance success fully.

September 2009 to Decemeber 2014

I had been associated with the JAYPEE GROUP, at Jaypee Balaji Cement project, a

5 MTPA plant as Deputy Manger mechanical.

I was responsible for the following:-

• Successful erection and commissioning of a 320 TPH Cement grinding PFIFFER

VRM, 285 TPH FLS Roller Press with FLS Ball mill for cement grinding, a 65 TPH

PFIFFER Coal grinding VRM and AUMUMD Deep Pan Conveyor.

• All modification and rectification works during erection of equipments. Replacement

of bearings of coal mill VRM supplied by Gebr. Pfeiffer, Germany had been

executed under my supervision.

• Planning effective manpower deployment for erection/commissioning works and

addressing training of staff to enhance skills and productivity.

• Planning of day to day erection activities, achieving weekly and monthly targets

and coordination with contractors for achieving the same.

• Indenting of spares through SAP and inventory control. Preservation of all spares.

• Maximum utilization of men, equipment and resources.

• Trouble shooting daily technical problems and doing Root Cause Analysis of

chronic problems
