********@*****.***

**** ******** ******, ***. #* Baltimore, MD 301-***-**** OBJECTIVE To obtain a position in the field of Social Work in which I am able to lead/serve in a clinical capacity that will foster my strengths but also challenge me with new ideas and modalities as a professional and a person.

PROFILE I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in case management, advocacy, counseling, diagnosing, treatment planning, de-escalating, play therapy, behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, documentation, networking, research, and fundraising. I am able to communicate ideas effectively by using verbal, written, and electronic communication. I am experienced in building rapport/healthy relationships with administrators, clients, coworkers and other agencies. I believe that change occurs through healthy relationships, as it is important to treat all individuals in a professional manner with dignity and respect. I appreciate working as a team and pulling from one another’s strengths, as “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork.” I am grounded in trauma-based

therapy/grief work, as I believe it is necessary to identify the “root” of behaviors for healing,

closer and being able to move forward. I appreciate being able to “think outside the box” for creating individualized treatment for each person. I also believe in the

therapeutic benefits of pets in practice, as I have a therapeutic rabbit (Mr. Pibb) that travels to the offices a few days a week, as he is great with reducing anxiety, stress, deescalating, and making folks smile. Mr. Pibb is litter trained.
