Create, assign, optimize all pick-up and drop off routes for independent 1099 drivers. Assign carrier runs (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) to drop off all packages/boxes. Create and submit Manifests/Reports listing all customer returns to our corporate partners. Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Burlington Stores, Miami Shores, FL - Receiving Supervisor (Feb 2020 – May 2022)

Receive/record all merchandise delivered daily. Supervise, coach, and train warehouse crew. Collaborate with L&P conducting inventory/ sales audits to assure store accuracy. Oversee schedules, workflow, any morning/opening assignments, cash registers, deposits, schedules, mark-downs, seasonal. Resolve equipment issues.
