Deutsche Bank is a client of Atos Germany and Atos India provides supports to Atos Germany for the
same client. It is basically User Administration,
where in we support the employees of the Deutsche
Bank.
We get requests in form of Web4legi, Quest,
EigenesKonto, Ordner Management, etc. through
which we give or remove access/roles/password
resets/groups using Session Host of Atos Germany on the twin screen. The softwares used are on Atos
Germany’s Session Host except BMC Remedy.
Tickets are resolved either through this Session Host, which is completely set up in German Language only or by calling the Users.
Roles and Responsibilities Controlling the access of Deutsche Bank employees according to the requests
