I advanced through the ranks in the positions I held at this job. When I was hired, my position was as a yard worker, my duty was to maintain the yard where we had building material cleaned and organized. When working in this position I learned different types of construction materials and their use. After two years of having this position, I was transferred to work inside the store as a Customer Service Rep. I gained experience in setting up, fixing, and taking care of plumbing systems to make sure they work well. Learned to use the tools we sold and demonstrated the use of them to customers when selling them. I also learned how to cut glass and fix window screens.

I was transferred to a new store as the supervisor and kept working in customer service while also learning about other departments.
