F. WORKING EXPERIENCE.

MAY 2022 TO DATE; CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT SAGEMCOM EAST AFRICA LTD.

As the head of construction department, I am tasked with the following roles;

● Working on project site surveys, designs, BOQ and technical proposals/documents for tenders and client offers.

● Energy audit proposals, Energy audits and Energy management.

● Preparation of energy audit reports for general audits and investment grade audits and submission of the reports to Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority for issuance of compliance certificate.

Energy audit in all the 34 government buildings. Electrical installation at white rhino hotel- Nyeri, with the scope of;

Conduit work, cabling and installation of power, data, smoke detectors and CCTV camera circuits.Cabling in all the L.V boards, distribution panels, consumer units, rooms,corridors, garden lights, loundry,boilers and boiler house.

Installation testing and commissioning of 750KVA automatic voltage regulator to stabilize the power for the hotel and 715kva standby generator.

Installation testing and commissioning of main switch board and 500 KVAR power factor correction.Testing the entire installation work, filling of completion certificates, commissioning the site, training clients before handover.

Electrical installation, power and energy audit for KCB bank branches countrywide.
