Building a Natural Gas Compressor Station for Kinder Morgan. Oversaw the night shift where we worked on pipe ranging from 2” to 36” welding and bolting up lines to the turbine as well as to the live gas line. My responsibilities were to rollover with day shift and plan the activities for the night and assure that we completed the work scope that was left for us while keeping my employees safe. 07/2017 01/2018- Planner Zachry - Corpus Christi, TX Walk out work orders, step out job plan in SAP, identify blind points and isolation points, crane needed, insulation removal, heat trace, scaffolding if needed, Build work package for the contractors, Order material.
08/2016 07/2017 – TA Planner Repcon - Corpus Christi, TX Receive work orders that are generated and walk down the unit to locate exchangers, towers, vessels, valves, PSV’s, piping, and Fin Fans. Gather all drawings and details on equipment to make a folder for every work order, take pictures of equipment, generate BOM /Bill Of Material to order and send out, create a template on IPS software and process for all the job steps associated with the job for the schedulers to input into P6, Get quotes on items that have a long lead time to arrive, attend meetings for the T/A groups, make blind list on P&ID’S for the packages, Perform walk downs with all contractors of locations of work to be performed.

Track progress of all contractors during the T/A, update spread sheets, gather manpower, hours it took to do the job and start time of the task as well as the end time of the task, walk job scope and drawings in the field and plan out the work, figure out man power hours, scaffolding needed, insulation removal and re- install, electric and steam tracing to disconnect and install, cranes needed for the job, materials needed for the job according to the specs. Make field packages for walk down, make templates for the job steps in a workorder.
