• Demonstrate skills and knowledge in assessment of preparation of pre-transplant work up both
to recipient and the donor patients.
• Obtain inquiry regarding urine volume production from native kidneys and Hemodialysis

• Operative consent signed by the patient.
• Blood works, dialysis profile, type and cross matching (in elective living donor transplant, blood
should be arranged to blood bank at least 72 hours prior to surgery) repeat serum potassium at 6am in the morning of elective surgery.
• Demonstrate knowledge in receiving patient from recovery room.
• CVP calibration as soon as possible and maintain 5 to 10 mmHg reading.
• Continuous cardiac monitoring, pulse oximeter and BP every 15 minutes.
• Fluid balance and laboratory result monitoring.
• Urgent blood works, CBC, Urea, Electrolytes, Glucose, Calcium and Phosphate as protocol
• Check and give medications as prescribed
