JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN MAINTENANCE
Measurement & Control Instruments
Extensive troubleshooting, maintenance experience for Smart (HART 375&475) and field devices of all process variable of various Manufacturer like ABB, Emerson Rosemount, Siemens, GE, Etc.
Calibrate Correction and Servicing of I /P, Positioners, SOV using field calibrators.
Calibration Of pressure and Temperature gauges and adjust the errors using Druck 725.
Calibration and checking of RTD, T/c both in field.
Calibration of Field Instruments like Switches and Transmitter using Beamex calibration kit.
Calibration of field Drager and Honeywell gas detectors.
Calibrate and Correction of Temperature instruments using Temperature bath.
Connection and loop checking for the field instruments RTD by using Proper Indicators.
Vibration probe installation and tuning for the compressor.
Additional Hands-on VOC gas detectors do calibration and service on workshop.
Cleaning of Level gauges in Hot well Level switches checking and servicing.
Checking of gas instruments like and routine check-up of analyzers system, in the plant (Conductivity and Ph).
Servicing of Actuator and Control valves if requires changing of spares.
Knowledge of fire alarm panels.
Calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of gas detectors.
Checking, maintenance and troubleshooting of flame detector.

DAILY NATURE OF WORK- MAINTENANCE:
Weekly Monthly Planning for Preventive maintenance schedule for various equipment instrument for chemical Plant.
Checking the instruments Corrective and General Maintenance plans as per schedules.
Field technicians need any knowledge need to technical assist to check them.
Co-ordinate with the engineers in the PM works (DM Plant, Compressor, utility).
Update the PM schedule after completing the work and send the corresponding Engineers.
Update the man Hours for daily work and send to the HO.
Co-ordinate with engineer team plan for shunt down activity.
Give the manpower list, the month and inform the engineers in a day to day.
Follow the standard safety and ISO, BSC in the working place.
Weekly verify the testify document list in utility and frigo server system.
DOCUMENTATION WORK CARRIED OUT:
Daily review with the Engineers for progress & next day plan including the resource for next day execution.
Updating the job completion in the monthly basis to the HO.
Maintaining records for job completion in day to day and Shutdown activities
I am very well about safety producer following at any time in my working hours.
Calibration stickers and update the PM schedule with the senior engineers on a monthly basis.
