I am a very enthusiastic Zumba instructor with a passion for sharing knowledge and helping students discover their strength. I am seeking to broaden my experience as an instructor and help new aerialists along the way.

I am especially excited to help new students and beginners discover their passion for Zumba and work toward their fitness goals. My goal as a teacher is to show students how to appreciate their accomplishments and to challenge them in new ways so they can progress in their practice.

Senior Zumba Instructor – Bollywood Fitness (2018 - Present) Teaching Zumba classes from beginner to intermediate levels. Designing a constantly progressing curriculum to offer variety for students each week and providing progressions and regressions to challenge and accommodate students of multiple skill levels.

Meditation Instructor – Rishikesh, India (2017 - 2018) Independently taught meditation classes of up to 11 students at beginner levels. Designed course structure with breathworks, sound bath and imagination power along with chanting for instant stress relief.
