PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE
To obtain a teaching or staff position in a Christian college or seminary that will provide a variety of challenges, with an emphasis on leadership, communication, pastoral care, and Bible. My goal is to integrate life experiences with biblical teaching and principles that will have an impact on the lives of young people.
TEACHING/MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
June 2020- Director Pastoral Care:
Present Presbyterian Homes & Services. Responsible for the spiritual care of residents, staff, and family members. Oversight for all bible studies and religious teaching on campus, including worship services on Sunday morning.

2020 Grace Fellowship. Responsible for the promotion of major events. Oversight for all administration, including human resources and maintenance team. Trained lay leaders to serve in care ministry. Have been strongly involved in the leadership of Men’s Ministry.

August 1995 Main responsibility to coordinate the curriculum of all the small churches. Directed the educational training of the Shepherd-Teachers.
Managed the Deacon Fund for the church.
July 1983- Associate Pastor-Youth: Eden Prairie Community Church
October 1989 On pastoral staff as a youth pastor for a congregation of 500.
Coordinated the youth activities for both jr. and sr. high.
Trained a lay staff of youth leaders to serve in the youth ministry.
June 1978- Associate Youth Pastor: Mission Hills Baptist in Denver, CO.
May 1983 Began my ministry after Bible College as a Youth Intern. Ran a youth
program for over 120 teens from 9-12th grade. Promoted to Associate Youth Pastor in 1979, having shared responsibilities for youth from jr. high thru college. Coordinated the youth activities for both jr. and sr. high. Trained lay staff of youth leaders to serve in the youth ministry.
