• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by cleaning and processing it to remove errors, duplicates, inconsistencies and combine data from different sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.

• Analyze historical data to understand trends, patterns, and anomalies in various metrics such as customer transactions, loan performance, and account activities.

• Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to predict future trends and behaviours, such as credit risk assessment, fraud detection, customer churn prediction and investigate the reasons behind certain trends or anomalies by identifying the key drivers
