Koller Search Partners is a leading boutique executive search firm that works across many areas in the media and information space. During my time at Koller, I collaborated on and led searches across a variety of industries, from media to consumer companies for senior-level roles including Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Content, Audience Development, E-commerce, Data and Information Technology.

National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL) Chicago, IL 9/2009 – 12/2010

NCHL is a non-profit membership organization that works to ensure that high-level, informed and accountable leadership is available to meet the high demands of the future of healthcare.

• At NCHL, my duties duties ranged from website management to an expanding role in client relations management, dealing with high level executives memberships at major healthcare systems across the United States.

• Helped to coordinate membership and events for their Leadership Excellence Management Network (LENS), a paid membership group consisting of healthcare industry leaders that came together to share best practices and learnings in the field of healthcare leadership.

• Collaborated with our small team to plan and execute on their major yearly fundraising event/award ceremony

• The organization disbanded as an independent entity in December 2010 and was later incorporated under Rush University Medical Center in 2011. Prior to my time at NCHL, I was a professional opera singer and performed with various companies and symphony orchestras across the US and Europe including: Opéra Nice, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia (Valencia, Spain), Utah Opera, Central City Opera, The Castleton Festival, New York City Opera and Opera Omaha to name a few.
