Set up the assembly process to build 134 proto-type engineering vehicles. Included shop floor layout and plant readiness at GM Holden.

Utilized GMS and ISO principles to set up operations. Program readiness and shop schedule developed to build 5 vehicles per week. All tooling was manufactured for builds at GM Holden Plant 5 resulting in $2M savings

Took a plant floor and setup all the assembly stations for GA both interior, exterior and chassis
