I Have been A Registered Nurse since 2010 obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2014 from Jersey College. Now with License to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner as of October 2024. Now has passed the State Board Examination and is ready to take on new challenges as a new FNP. My Clinical Rotation took place at the Causeway Blvd Clinic in Tampa. I had a very successful clinical rotation under the supervision of an internist Dr Rivas and an experienced Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience who guided me with excellence. My clinical rotation consisted of multiple ages, and multiple diagnosis. I gained exposure to multiple respiratory conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, neurological disorders, gastroenterologist disorders, spinal disorders, pain management issues, children’s illness, wound care, incision and drainage, dressing changes, estrogen therapies, and much more. I have seen a lot of different cases and have been exposed to different types of acute and chronic conditions. Opportunities allowed me to assess, diagnose, prescribe, treat and refer under supervision. I have done multiple well women’s exam with pap cytology testing, Dots, adults/ children’s Physicals, and wound care. I had an opportunity to do a lot of differential diagnosing and official diagnosing. My Nursing Background consists of Med surgical, Diabetes, wound Care and Neuro Surgical and strokes. As a registered Nuse with over 12 years of bedside care experience. I am tele certified, and stroke certified I have leadership experience as a Charge Nurse position on a 37unit bed. I am willing to take my years of acute care Registered Nurses Experience along with my Nurse Practitioners Clinical experience to take on new challenges in a position that will allow me to thrive as a entry level provider . My long-term goal is to get a position as an FNP in a Clinic setting or as a hospitalist. I hope to bring a lot to the table if given an opportunity to join a team and will do my best to maintain a professional working relationship with the rest of the team.
