• Overall responsibility for assisting the implementation of the Safety Manual System (SMS) for all work sites.
• The Position will work closely with the onsite team to enhance the management of personnel health and safety, (employees, contractors and the public) that is critical to continuous improvement of HSE performance.
• Verify that all CTF& customer personnel are fully conversant with the specific HSE Plans including related HSE instructions, environmental and sustainable development commitments.
• Continuously monitors the work environment, especially for work performed under specific Permit to Work requirements.

Conduct Daily meeting with DSV & all Service companies’ supervisors
Follow open PTW and ensure that all safety measures are been taken which complies with PTW & JSA.
Follow the CATL to ensure the appropriate corrective action for the dedicate unsafe act and condition
Conduct a pre-job, pre-shift, weekly and monthly safety meeting as well as awareness session for the rig personnel.
Perform weekly drills (fire, H2s, medivac, etc.)
Conduct safety induction for the new comers on site
