•Responsible for day -to- day execution of works, interaction with client and consultant, reporting progress and requisitioning or materials and other resources required

•Project progress measurements and submission of same control of variations.

•Completion of time – sheets for personnel and daily administration.

•Working out the quantities and preparing estimates

•Execution of site from mobilization to handing over stage.

•Arranging required material and equipment as per work schedule on site.

•Control of construction of quantities, preparation of bills and rate analysis

•Ensuring optimum usage of man power, material and equipment resources.

•Co-ordinate with engineers as per site condition

•Study of drawings, contract documents & co-ordinate with the client, consultants, QA/QC Department & sub-contractor.

•Co-ordinate with QA/QC engineering in order to resolve quality related problems.

•Submitting the inspection request to the consulting engineer for getting the approval for each activity as per the contract.

•Conducting on –site structural & Architectural inspections as per specifications and shop Drawings

•Thoroughly documents site conditions and activities to ensure compliance with the various permit requirements (MOL, CA etc.)

•Prepare, review and obtain timely approval of contractors and sub –contractor’s submittals (shop drawings samples, materials and calculations).

•Responding to and resoling client concerns

•Preparation of daily site inspection reports, ( N.C.R) construction monitoring reports and records of construction conditions

•Project managing and supervising of contactors during the completion of works including

•Performance Analysis, Quality Assurance & Resident Liaison.
