Job Description:
Responsible for setting up, operating, repairing, and troubleshooting Mechanical Issue in the whole press line, starting from 314 Press Machine, F3am Hemming Machine, F1am Curling Machine to packaging conveyor and shaker.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate closely with the shift leader regarding production scheduled and work
priorities to be able to attain department objectives.
2. Must strictly follow standard operating procedures and work instruction in operating the press
machine including the installation and pulling out of press die.
3.Consistently and religiously perform cap dimensional measurement at the start of the shift
by following the set standard procedures for this measurement, make adjustment,
if necessary, record the result of the test and submit report to ship leader.
4.Perform regular visual inspection of caps to detect possible defects.
5.Ensure proper die and press line set up to able to meet productivity and efficiency and
eliminate spoilage.
6.Keep track of all down time and problems encountered in the entire ship and
maintain records of such line change over cap size/design to another.
7.Conduct regular preventive maintenance and cleanup of press line that includes manual
lubrication of machines base on schedule.
8.Perform other job like fabrication that may assign.
9.Maintain good housekeeping and orderliness in the workplace
