An award-winning delivery-focused program manager and release train engineer with experience leading cloud organizations, most recently guiding the Morgan Stanley cloud portfolio to win the “Best in Cloud USA” industry award from the 2022 Banking Technology Awards in London.

Was a leader in the migration from static, on-prem infrastructure to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Business Delivery Coach – Elevance Health Sep 2017 – Sep 2021

Received a client award for leadership in the Scaled Agile transition of a 270-member organization from a loose confederation of waterfall teams to a solution train. As a result, the new organization was able to achieve hyper-productivity in less than 6 months after it began.

Led the transformation of a compensation organization from a group of scrum teams to multiple release trains focused on value-streams supporting the overarching corporate mission. Worked with technical leaders to group a massive amount of accumulated technical debt into a modernization line-of-business that allowed the organization to greatly decrease the reliance on manual workarounds improving SLA adherence by over 80%.

Provided on-site training and mentorship for several new Release Train Engineers ensuring they understood their role and the technical work needed to be successful release Train engineers.

Provided SAFe certification to hundreds of employees and consultants including the following credentials: Scrum Master, Advanced Scrum Master, Product Owner, Practitioner, and Agilist.

Was the senior agile leader of Anthem’s largest business unit creating and executing plans for training, metrics reporting, Scrum Master, and Product Owner guilds, and coaching of leaders.

Validated the technical competency of new team members prior to their joining a portfolio spread across North and Central America. Additionally coached team members in their technical roles ensuring a high degree of engineering competency.
