Clinic Infection Control Nurse: (2012 to 2017) Directs and coordinates infection control program in clinic. Advises and consults with physicians, nurses, and clinic personnel concerning precautions to be taken to protect patients, staff, and other persons from possible contamination or infection. Instructs clinic personnel in universal and specific infection control procedures. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, coordinate, and direct our infection control program under current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in the Ambulatory Care setting. Ensure that the facility complies with current CDC, OSHA, and local regulations concerning infection control or universal precautions.
