Quality Engineering Lead - Toronto-Dominion Bank June 2022 – Jan 2025 Project: Global Transfer Resiliency (International Remittance Marketplace - Payments) International Remittance Marketplace (IRM) provided TD customers with a digital solution for transferring their funds directly from their TD account to their recipient worldwide using Account to Cash (Western Union), Account to Card
(VISA) and Account to Account (CITI).
Global Transfer Resiliency delivers key enhancements to the IRM Payments platform, user experience and operational efficiencies. It also tackles regulatory and compliance changes wherever applicable. Achievements:
Automation Efficiency increased to 82% for Kafka Validation
• During this time involved Planning, End to End execution along with Prod Deployment support for various features like EFTR for FINTRAC, LTDS, OpenStack to VMC2 Migration, Rail specific Regulatory requirements for Global Transfer.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, participated in PI Planning and solution design for all features, resulting in an optimization of up to 26%.
• Implemented API schema testing and data model changes as part of new feature development and also for existing feature enhancements.
• Maintained Risk logs for all the features during requirement reviews, development and testing and sharing the mitigation plan to Business and Technology in advance.
• Engaged in continuous support to L2 and L3 teams for analyzing the root cause for consumer incidents, incident due to the integration partner deployments or application specific incidents using Splunk and OVA.

• Manage the process, develop the automation of common service use cases and work with development team to integrate.
