Always maintain vehicles availability >90% ensuring scheduled maintenance at regular intervals & driver complaints attended on time.

Conduct weekly CFT meet with plant QA & R&D teams displaying warranty premature failure parts and finalizing action on same towards quality improvement along with agreed target date.
