There are several roles I can play (every team needs a Utility Player), for example, I can lead a project, backup several projects, offer mentoring and training, and perform evaluations to improve overall project performance.
I am well versed in CMMI and can develop a roadmap to achieve level 5 certification or to make the project process more efficient.
Many companies do not achieve the benefits of an efficient project management process. There are several reasons for this, including assigning SME's to manage projects without the proper introduction into the project management processes.
We are in the era of project focus. Without the proper structure, projects will not achieve the desired results.
