TOOK THE ROLE OF JOINTING ENGR DUE TO NO PERSONNEL AVAILABLE ON A CREW CHANGE. SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED 16 TOTAL JOINTS WITHOUT REWORK.

ACCURATELY, EFFICIENTLY AND ATTENTIVELY MONITORED OUR TEAM ELECTRICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE LOT BEFORE DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER. THIS RESULTED IN TRIMMING DOWN THE PROBLEM TROUBLE REPORT FROM 50% DOWN TO 10%. CONSEQUENTLY, MY TEAM WAS GIVEN THE QUALITY EXCELLENCE AWARD AS THE BEST QUALITY CIRCLE PROJECT ACROSS 4 TEAMS.
