In response to the Sr. Construction Superintendent position, I am very pleased to submit my resume. I am currently the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) discipline manager at a multibillion-dollar battery plant in Ohio. Currently there are 1,500 craft workers on site and will reach our peak at 4,000 workers. I have solid relationships with the lead superintendents and I believe this the key to a successful project. As leader of men, I am capable of teaching and leading Project Managers and Superintendents.
Prior to this I was at Cinepolis, the third largest Movie Theater chain in the world. I was the cost manager and was responsible for conceptual estimates, budgets, Subcontractor contracts, change orders, quality control, close out and all things related to construction costs. It was a great job right up to when COVID hit and every movie theater chain in the world closed their doors. Nobody was hiring and I had an offer to sell residential Solar. People were nice, money was great but it lacks one thing, my love for building.
I have been in construction all of my life and have a wide range of experience (Heavy Civil, Industrial, Theaters, Mission Critical, Solar, WTP, WWTP, Commercial, OSHPD, Biotech, Tilt-up, Multi Family, High Rise, Podium, all site disciplines). Please do not let my resume understate my abilities to perform; I am a talented construction professional with a solid track record. I have expert leadership experience in Estimating, Sales, Operations, Self-Perform, Design Build, Design Bid Build and EPC.
The one thing that separates me from others is that I bring order to Chaos. This is not what I do it is whom I am.
I am a journeyman carpenter and have been forming and pouring concrete from my childhood as concrete was our family business.
