I work mostly in woman’s shoe’s And I also take care of men and children shoes. I stock shelves, put out display shoes, put shoes in the right places, put away the shoes that have been returned or Clarence them, and I also order items for my clients and customers if they can’t find their size in the store or the item they want I will order it for them.

I have already met my quota for the year on ordering shoes. I work three hours in beauty a week and have been the top seller three weeks in a row! I receive and pick merchandise for orders to be sent out. Recover items that have been returned by restocking the item's.

I love working sales floor because you get to work very close to the customers and help them out. I have gotten awesome surveys because I go above and beyond for my clients and customers making sure that I have solved every problem and helping them find everything they need. I also work at the Cash registers, checking out customers making sure that they found everything they needed. Check them out. If they have an item to be returned I will return the item or even exchange it however they would like to do the transaction. If the customer needs help I will help them however I can whether that’s ordering them an item or helping them out another way. I always do my best to please the customer.
