Directly supervise all security officers assigned to the site. This includes selection, counseling couching officers.

Manage scheduling of all officers and ensures compliance with Metro One national contract of 456 hours per week at Citi Bank Florence, Ky

Responsible for ensuring weekly payroll is in compliance with Metro One Loss and Prevention Service Group and Citi requirements.

Ensures all new hires receive all applicable training and conducts continuous training for all assigned officers. ;

Manage and ensures compliance with Citi CSIS requirements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Maintain all documentation for audit review.

Conduct continuous review of all SOPs to ensure they are up to date and applicable.

Works with Citi CSIS on projects, investigations and any new requirements that are handed down.

Conducts required drills and penetration tests to maintain officer readiness. ;

Conducts quarterly fire safety readiness review of the site. In addition to semiannual evacuation and shelter in place drills.
