• Accomplished a really challenging project for Whirlpool in 10 months which was in play for 4 years with different vendors (USD 1M).
• Outsourced 200 Applications and supported all activities and brought to a steady state in 6 months.

• Removed impediments by outsourcing infrastructure (server side) and software upgrades (Oracle 6.xx to 11.xx) after negotiating and finding a vendor (thru RFQ-RFP processes)
• Oversaw implementation schedule for Dupont and managed insane amount of E2E MQs by dividing into 5 phases. Negotiated and controlled scope creep, external and internal pressures, and coordinated many vendor teams operating under the same roof.
