Throughout my career, I have encountered different healthcare related cases of disabled and elderly that developed my deep understanding of their needs. I am an empathetic, compassionate, and reliable professional that ensure safety and comfort for clients. I am extremely organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring that all aspects of care are completed in a timely manner. Some of my career achievements include the following:
Commitment to serve as an efficient and compassionate Community Support Worker to clients with individual needs, coordinating services to provide social stimulation, and administering treatments and direct care.
The ability to connect with elderly patients and their families, and cultivate trusting relationships, coupled with strong communication skills.
