Had worked as a Senior Technical Superintendent with Fleet Management Limited Hong Kong for Chemical tankers, VLCCs from May 2018 to Sep 2024.
• Responsible for day today operation of assigned Vessel, to be maintained and operate safely effectively and reliably within the technical budget and preparing vessels for CDI / Sire and PSC
• Monitor vessel performance, shipboard maintenance, and repair programs
• Monitor planned maintenance system to detect any delay which could impact the operation of the vessel
• Prepare and organize the maintenance during ship’s trade
• Supervise the shipboard working organization in close cooperation with counterparts
• Monitor & help source spare parts and stores availability and requests from vessels Conduct regular vessels inspections
• Supporting the Vessel with Logistics/ Spares and troubleshooting Technical Problems.
• Maintaining Vessel always under class and conducting services to achieve the same.
• Monitor, vessel accounts and balance sheet checking committed costs and final Equity on monthly Basis to keep the vessel under budget.
• Plan for yearly Budget/plan for Capex expenditures, keep owners well informed to avoid any sudden change in the budgetary expenses.

• Sailed as Chief Engineer with Selandia Ship Management Limited for Three years.
• Reviewing monthly all technical reports and communicating with the vessel and relevant departments to resolve potential problems. Always maintaining the Vessel within the technical budget. Monitoring vessel performance trends including environmental performance, speed, fuel and lubricating oil consumptions, and waste generation/control.
• Prepare Vessel for PSC ( USCG, AMSA, Paris MOU ) and prepare vessel for Vetting and CDI inspections. Prepare and organize all documents for TMSA and Annual company Audits.
• Have successfully accomplished three Drydock, of VLCC, Afra Max and Chemical Tanker as Superintendent
• Had completed Two yard deliveries, as Chief Engineer, and Second Engineer under the flagship of Selandia Ship Management.
• Always Monitor Vessels trading certificates are valid and review as appropriate. Vessel statutory certificates to be kept valid and arranged timely without allowing overdue of any Class or Flag certificates or related services
• Monitor, vessel accounts and balance sheet checking committed costs and final Equity on monthly Basis to keep the vessel under budget.
