LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED, Engineering & Construction Division. The project was running at TATA STEEL PROJECT, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi, Jajpur.Odisha

Designation:- Asst. Mechanical Engineer .

Duration:-11th June 2014 to 31st July 2017.

AVH CHEMICALS PVT LTD, was a leading manufacture & supplier of Coal Chemicals and Coal-Tar Pitch. The Project was running at Maneswar, Sambalpur, Odisha .

Designation :- Mechanical Engineer.

Duration :- 1st Sept. 2017 to 30th Nov. 2022.

Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawing & methods and safety rules.

Erection of Structures i.e. columb, beam, tie beam, floor beam, bracing, angle bracing according to drawing.

Inspection of welding & bolting properly.

Material Controlling /Stacking, Compliance of quality,Coordination with engineering department if any modifications, allocation as required.

Monitoring of site progress as per planned, monitoring of blasting & painting etc.

Lead the team and ensure completion of the works according to engineering standard, safety, quality, environment norms time and cost.

Establish and maintain working relationship with owners (Hydra, Crane), engineers,suppliers and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.

Approval of vender bills, Making the final handover report with the site in charge /concern authority.

Reviewing site activities as daily basis to ensure that site execution is being done as per timeline and to maintaining safety and quality standard.

Daily write the D.P.R.(Daily Progress Report) i.e. mark no. and weight of the structure & also the date .

Monitoring of Painting works mainly in structural steel, piping and equipment.

Keeping an eye on various activities of projects like delivery of materials, site clearance, duration of activities, holds etc.

Scheduling of activity and coordination with client & projects department for requirements & updates on progress of projects.

Manage and coordinate with assembly and dispatch departments for timely completeness of projects.

Timely completion of erection as per schedule.

Preparation of final closure reports and submit the detailed & regular reporting to head office.

Ensure zero accident in site, conduct regular safety pep talk, discuss job safety analysis and timely maintenance of equipment.

Ensure for proper utilization of manpower and resource.

Recruitment of new technicians and other man power requirement when and as required.

Maintain constant communication with management staff & vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.

Analysis of each unplanned stoppage and take corrective & preventive action.

Developing corrective action, solution & improvements.

Monitoring and analyzing the quality performance.

Regular review meetings to achieve the results.

Awareness of all safety rules & regulations.

Cutting and furnish the raw materials according to drawing.

Ensure professional development of employee.

Coordinating weekly meetings and review the works produced by the design engineers & maintains necessary coordination with other discipline engineers for the smooth flow of projects.

Carried out routine and periodically inspection of various activities for managing projects & infrastructure quality of construction.
