● I started at Priced Right Auto as HR/Marketing Assistant and was moved up to Human Resources in July 2023. I did not know anything about HR when I started, but I have done much research and learned what I needed to know to make an HR department. I focused on company culture, and developed pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, as well as many other processes having to do with HR and also the automotive industry. ● I have worked at TerAvest Farms during the summer months at the Farmer’s Market in Holland and their corner market in Hudsonville for 4 years.
