Duties

Supervise all mechanical activities during breakdown and planned preventive maintenance for effective production in pasta plant.

My utmost responsibility includes calibration and problems troubleshooting in processing lines and on the packing machine.

Ensure that technicians do their daily checklist and send the report to planner through Cloud-app for proper documentation.

Allocate job for technicians during CLIT and PPM

Follow up on RCA on every job that exceed 2 hours of breakdown.

Identify skills gap among technicians and recommend or organized training programs to develop their proficiency.
