Profile
My experience includes ** years in the medical field, varying from retail and hospital pharmacies to inpatient and outpatient laboratory settings. I am a quick learner with all the technology needed to do my job. I am a strong team player and always ready to take on new challenges. In my most recent position as a phlebotomist I, I have a great amount of experience working with Care Evolve software to enter patient’s lab work orders, processing specimens delivered to us by a courier throughout the day, and the EPIC computer system used at the medical facilities. I also have experience with using the Accudose medication storage cabinets on the units throughout the hospital and before leaving inpatient pharmacy, I had been cross trained to work in central, controlled substances, IV hyperalimentation, OR inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, with a great amount of work batching and delivering the 24-hour premix IV antibiotics ordered for patients throughout nursing units that we provided the hospital. I’ve remained up to date on all computer-based training, along with any new policies and procedures.
