IT Project Manager
I moved to The Select Group from Conquest to continue working the Cisco Account.
Completed the Dell SecureWorks transition for Cisco to take over to support the entire Bank of America network. I led the Service Request Fulfillment (MACD) as well as Service fulfillment (Remedy) workstreams. Remedy is where Change Requests to the network occur.
Managed the buildout of the DECC (Domestic Enterprise Call manager Cluster)voice network and migrated the 48,000 Bank of America voice accounts from the Enterprise and Metro Voice clusters in the US, Canada and S. America with no outages recorded.
Moved over to Data projects and was lead Project Manager on the Southeast region of the United States, Latin and South America refreshing End of Life equipment.
Received a recognition call from James Walker, Director of Network Operations for Bank of America based in the UK for customer satisfaction.
I was assigned as DMZ towers first TPM for the Bank of America’s Data Loss Prevention project. This had been stagnant and needed a push to move forward with detailed Project Plans.
With Refresh going on hold I was transitioned over to the DMZ projects which I am currently running with the past year working projects and on the Compliance team.

Managed the buildout and migration of the Bank of America Regional clusters (31,000+ users), and the Metropolitan clusters (99,000+ users) to the newly built Domestic Enterprise cluster for the US, Canada and Latin America VoIP Network.
