-Managed fundraising and subscription campaigns for the New York Cirty Ballet
-Assembled and motivated team of telemarketing professionals who exceeded
fundraising goals
-Contributed to financial goals by making telemarketing calls as well.
- Acquired new donors; upgraded renewing donors
- Increased Telefund revenue from approx. $600,000 a year to a peak of 1.6 million
a year over a 13 year period, and increased donor base by approx. 33% over the same
time period
- Successfully implemented SD&A -designed software to effectively manage donor
lead base and facilitate the flow of phone fundraising process
