• Professional, hardworking and provide exceptional tile setting skills.
• 25+-years experience in all aspects of professionally completing any tile installation whether it is interior/exterior, a new installation or demo & renovation or repair project for either a Residential or commercial project.
• Efficiently able to organize and prioritize each step of an installation
• Team player and leader on any job site
• Supervisor on many projects
• Can lay any type of tile and specialize in marble and granite installation
• Own van & tools
• Willing to work overtime and weekends
• Capable of doing any Demo work involved before an installation while maintaining a clean area & I always organize my tools, vacuum & clean my work area at the end of each day’s work
• Custom homes and estate homes
• Able to read & understand blueprints or more than capable to determine the best design & layout when none is provided to ultimately have a visually pleasing installation especially when having to deal with a work area that is not square or has other unforeseen design flaws that must be determined and dealt with accordingly before installation begins.
• Skilled in determining if leveling or other unanticipated issues, that commonly arise, which require Prep work before basic installation can begin as well as knowledge of which materials & methods should be used to rectify any of these situations.
• Selecting grout type & color for tile medium & rooms decor, mixing, applying to joints, cleaning and most importantly doing final detail work for a perfect installation finish
• I have a valid Driver's License and my own work vehicle which enables me to do pick-up & deliveries if required.
• There's never any job or challenge I haven't been able to take on or any installation issue I haven't been able to deal with, as in this profession, problem solving is Key.
