Detailed Scope of Work

Now I am working as Nephrology consultant and head of nephrology & hemodialysis department in Saudi German Hospital, Jeddah, CBAHI accredited 200 bed hospital from 2019 till now.

Dealing with acute and chronic renal patient and follow up of transplantation patient and dealing with all modality of hemodialysis (Conventional and CRRT ), dealing with Apharesis apparatus.

Has 10 regular hemodialysis patient in 4 machine hemodialysis unit (SGH Jeddah)

Before I was working as Nephrology consultant and head of nephrology and hemodialysis department in Saudi German Hospital .Aseer, JCI and CBAHI accredited 400 bed hospital from 2013 till now.

Dealing with acute and chronic renal patient and follow up of transplantation patient and dealing with all modality of hemodialysis (Conventional and CRRT ), dealing with Apheresis apparatus.

Has 25 regular hemodialysis patient in 10 machine hemodialysis unit (SGH Aseer)

Transplantation field:-

I had worked in the field of kidney transplantation in Mansoura Urology &Nephrology centre, EGYPT. For one year as fellow, sharing in daily round and daily seminar in the centre and in management of pre and post-transplant cases with weekly schedule in pre and post-transplant clinic, also weekly schedule in ICU round (4 ICU Beds).

before, working as Lecturer of nephrology and kidney transplantation in internal medicine and nephrology Department (150 beds), in Menuofyia University Hospital (1100 beds), Faculty of Medicine (2500 students), Menuofyia University, Egypt from 2012 until 2013.

My work includes:

1- ( Saudi German Hospital )Nephrology consultant and head of hemodialysis unit Nephrology Clinic which provide service for all acute and chronic kidney disease patients.

Hemodialysis unit that include (10) hemodialysis machine and (25) regular hemodialysis patients, (4) CRRT Machines. In the unit my role is leading the daily round and proper management of adequate dialysis dose delivery and prevent complication. And provide academic support to the working team ( resident and staff nurse)

Inpatient department for acute and chronic kidney disease patient, providing proper management of acute kidney problem and managing all chronic kidney disease complication, providing all required nephrological services including insertion all types of hemodialysis catheter and all hemodialysis modalities and apheresis if needed

2- (Nephrology and Kidney transplant Unit, Internal medicine department Faculty of medicine. Menoufyia University) providing the following services:

Inpatient and Outpatient Consultation (twice weekly), educational activities for nephrology resident and nephrology & hemodialysis nurses, daily round for inpatient cases, managing outpatient nephrology and post-transplant clinic .

Teaching nephrology curriculum for 5 th year student of faculty of medicine.

Internal Medicine department (150 beds), and ICU (15 beds), Nephrology (15 beds), dialysis unit (18 beds).

Other skills in nephrology field:-

3-Diagnostic Abdominal Sonography.

4- Ultrasound guided central line insertion

5 - Insertion of Hemodialysis Catheter (IJV, Subclavian and femoral)

6- Qualified in ultrasound guided renal biopsy.

In Nephrology and kidney transplant unit, we are regularly see and treat the following patients:

Patients with different kidney diseases (AKI - C.K.D. glomerulonephritis -vasculitis - diabetic nephropathy).
