• Celebrating the lifestyle of the American West I was accountable for Design of all Women’s categories including: Resort/Swim

• Manage and mentored a team of 10, plus 3 freelance artists.

• Delivered 8 Seasons a year from POV/concept, creative concepts, fabrication, color, print, pattern, and 3D surfaces

(i.e. embroidery, embellishments).

• Direct external and internal workflow - PD (fabrications, wash, finish) and TD (fit, specs, design aesthetic). GAP, INC.

Senior Design Director 2016 - 2018

• With a focus on Women’s Denim, I led the NY Design team and increased sales + impacted business growth.

• Delivered lifestyle design concepts through fabric innovation which exceeded financial goals with tight deadlines.

• Created standards for fit, wash, construction, consistency, and product development.

• Provided brand concepts, exclusive designs, and stories through final product. JBRAND, INC.

• Delivered a full denim and non-denim collection in one (1) month.

• Georges Marciano: directed and designed a relaunch brand for online sales both denim and non-denim collections

(non-denim collection included shirts, sweatshirts, indigo knits, outerwear, and leather).
