Providing Project Management and Scrum Master support to lead cross-functional and global teams through the DIA Commercial RDI Transformation project; the transition of data from the NASDM SQL Server and other data resources to the Snowflake cloud-based system. Developed and executing comprehensive project plans that cover the overall project and the Organizational Change Management (OCM), data governance and decommissioning workstreams. Duke Energy – Responsible for taking 28 projects with 45 resources valued from $5,000 to $40 Million from Planning to Closing phases of project management cycle and then providing program management functions to oversee resource allocation, cost analysis, change management, scheduling and internal and external vendor management using Microsoft Project and Primavera. The projects involve rebuilding the electrical transmission lines and substations for northern Indiana. Develop, forecast and report weekly/monthly/quarterly project progress reports by program in addition to SOW and RFI/RFP info when necessary. Developed and implemented process improvement strategies.

Eli Lilly & Co., Legal Knowledge Management Services - Led project to make legal documents accessible globally.
